Products must be unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

One-time exchange only, subject to stock availability.

Free return or exchange is available only once per order.

Innerwear items are non returnable and exchangable due to hygiene reasons.

An opening video showing the parcel and product is mandatory in case of missing, damaged, or incorrect items.

Reverse Pickup & Self-Ship

We offer free reverse pickup with a maximum of 2 attempts.

If reverse pickup is not available at your pincode, you can self-ship the item to our warehouse.

Up to ₹100 will be reimbursed for self-shipped orders after the product passes quality check.

Refunds

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account within 7 to 10 working days after the product passes quality check.

For COD orders, refunds will be issued as a coupon code valid for 6 months.
